Bleacher Installer needed for a company around the Louisville, KY area. You will be part of a team responsible for demolition, installing, and retrofitting outdoor aluminum and steel bleachers and grandstands. Candidates must be familiar with general construction trades and use of basic hand tools and power tools. All tools to complete a job will be provided to any employee. It is the responsibility of the employee to look after their own tools, and make sure they take proper care of all property and equipment given to each employee.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of safety and techniques in the appropriate field(s) and demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on time, administer quality control, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in one of the following: Carpentry, metal fabrication, metal erecting, roofing, concrete, and/or general construction trades.
• Ability to travel across a Multi-State region. Travel may require an employee to be out of town for up to 1 week at a time, on a consistent basis, with minor weekend work and travel.
• Basic Knowledge with hand and power tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other team members
• Ability to effectively work from heights exceeding 6 feet.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. repetitively when required.
• Valid Drivers License
• Pass a 9 panel drug screening & background check
• Ability to work near/around Elementary, Middle, and High School students and organizations.
